Problem: There is a lack of thoughtful information architecture which makes the website difficult for users to locate important information regarding offered programs
Solution: Reorganize the information in a more intuitive fashion to better serve Fernside’s mission
Impact: Higher success of users finding the information they sought regarding programs and enrollment options
Problem: Coordination of household tasks between family members to maintain order and balance within the home can be a struggle, resulting in overwhelmed parents
Solution: Create an intuitive app that kids and parents actually want to use, that facilitates clear communication of expectations regarding household tasks
Impact: Users have a platform which addresses logistical challenges of household management but also strengthens the family unit by encouraging collaboration and mutual support
Problem: Efficiently finding information within the U.S. Treasury website is confusing and overwhelming to users
Solution: Redesign the page to make the flow more intuitive by organizing the information in an easier-to-use format
